About Dr. Sager
Dr. Sager is a fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and is a board-certified OB/GYN.
In 2017, Dr. Sager completed a fellowship in Integrative Medicine to help bring a more holistic approach to women’s healthcare. She believes women deserve a more open and honest conversation around their health concerns and access to the tools necessary to thrive during the many challenges of womanhood.
Education & Training
Dr. Sager practices Integrative Gynecology and joined APMC in 2021. Her educational background includes:
- B.A. Major in Biology and Minor in Chemistry & Honors Studies from Southern Adventist University, Collegedale, TN. (1996)
- M.D. from Quillen College of Medicine, East Tennessee State University, Johnson City, TN. (2001)
- OB/GYN Residency at the University of Tennessee College of Medicine, Chattanooga, TN. (2005)
- Fellowship in Integrative Medicine from The University of Arizona, Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine, Tucson, AZ (2017)
Areas of Interest
Dr Sager’s areas of interest include women’s health and wellness, hormone balance, menopause, lifestyle medicine, plant-based nutrition, and health education.
